Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Mettler Toledo's Industrial Business Area in Columbus, Ohio is currently hiring a Marketing Response Specialist to develop, manage and execute marketing programs and campaigns designed to ensure the continued flow of sales and service leads.
Your responsibilities would include:
• Properly recording and routing customer requests by becoming familiar with our product lines and service offerings.
• Working directly with colleagues from sales, telesales or another business team to confirm timely responsiveness to customer inquiries. Communicating directly with the inquiring customer to confirm receipt and answer questions.
• Finding chances to suggest improvements to the web inquiry management process to push leads through quickly and enhance the customer experience.
What You Need to Succeed
Knowledge, Skills, Attitude
• Strong customer service skills and a customer-care mindset motivated to provide the best customer experience possible.
• Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel and the ability to quickly learn new programs and processes.
• A passion for data integrity with a focus on accurate data entry and validation.
• Experience with SAP CRM is a plus.
• A degree in business, marketing, communications or a related discipline or one-to-two years of work experience in customer service or a similar area.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Business preferred) or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years' experience with Microsoft Excel required
