Overview
Archer Western a member of The Walsh Group is currently seeking a Part-time HR Admin Assistant for the Regional Tampa, FL office.
The HR Admin Assistant position is for a construction office providing regional support to the Regional HR Manager and Corporate Human Resources by assisnting in day-to-day operations of HR.

Responsibilities
• Preparation of new hire paperwork for submission to corporate.
• Ensure project admins are verifying documentation for submittal. Process Everify.
• Create and maintain confidential records such as hiring, terminations, rate changes, address changes, tax changes, transfers, promotions, demotion or direct deposit.
• Complete various internal HR Audits to ensure compliance with government and company regulations.
• Maintain Driving Authorizations and Work Authorizations.
• Coordinate the submission of weekly payroll. Review and distribute checks.
• Review, enter and maintain records for employees in the Driver Management Online program.
• Work closely with the Regional HR Manager and help assist with various programs, reports or audits.
• Be available to effectively communicate with employees of all levels.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in an office setting
• Proficient with MS Office Programs
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with filing systems
• Experience with data entry
• Payroll software experience is a plus
• Strong follow up skills
• Self-motivated
• Working hours 10-3pm (flexible) (more hours could be options typical 25hrs a week up to 40 at high volume times)
