Detailed Job Description:
• Data Migration and Data Interface related work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Enterprise development with Java J2EE, Proficiency in SQL (PL/SQL) and data modelling.
• Architectural Design Patterns, Highly optimized, Low latency and Massively Scalable Platforms.
• Experience with source control (Git), build tools (Maven) and continuous integration (TeamCity/Jenkins).
• Willingness to learn all layers of the development stack, including test and auto deployment tools, to be able to collaboratively deliver front-to-back solutions, as well as champion best practice development techniques.
• Ability to communicate directly with peers, managers, and clients while facilitating development of a completed and successful solution. Excellent problem-solving skills in a distributed, multi-technology ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of concurrency, distributed systems development, and performance optimization.
• Hands on experience as a software engineer.
• Demonstrated experience as a technical lead responsible for designing & implementing complex solutions.
• Highly proficient coding in Java.
• RESTful Web service development.
• Hands on AWS experience (Added advantage).
• Solid relational database experience, ideally with Oracle PL SQL.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• CI/CD & container experience: Jenkins, Udeploy, Docker or similar tools.
• Architectural acumen and the ability to help define and drive a technical roadmap.
