• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prefer two (2) years of experience in a Manufacturing or Distribution industry (this means the company you worked for must have produced and/or distributed a product)
• Bilingual English & Russian speaking would be a bonus
• Experience handling customer service calls in a manufacturer distribution environment
• Administrative skills
• Computer skills; math skills, Microsoft Office experience

Job Description:
Administrative Support/ Inbound CSR for window treatment manufacturer/wholesale distributor.
Bilingual (ENGLISH/RUSSIAN) applicants desired, but not mandatory if you have experience in a manufacturer/distribution business setting.
Prefer 2+ years of customer service experience in a product-oriented manufacturer and/or distribution business environment.
(a candidate with an Administrative background may be considered if you have worked in a primarily business-to-business relationship capacity.)
Service oriented, highly organized, ability to prioritize and multi-task functions at once
Proficient admin/PC skills, math, capable of record-keeping, professional and mature demeanor
The ability to troubleshoot issues and come to an effective solution in an is of utmost importance
Responsibilities:
Answering phones to assist customers with placing orders follow up on existing orders
Assisting customers with product questions
Daily billing and invoice disbursal
Interactions with vendors
Processing A/R and A/P
Data entry and note taking
Notations of important information entered into the client record responding to customer inquiries via email
Ability to prioritize tasks without supervision
Interpersonal communication skills with customers as well as co-workers
Utilizing the company procedure for Return Goods Authorizations and warranty service
Updating customer records and office tasks
Additional Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Possess your own transportation
Days & Hours:
Full-time position; day shift, Monday – Friday.
