Full Job Description Apex Office Products is expanding it's Customer Service Team and is looking for motivated Representatives to support the development of new and existing business. This is an entry level position dealing with new and existing customers with an emphasis on professional verbal and written communication skills.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with expected availability M-F 8:30am-5:00pm. PTO and holiday pay, as well medical, dental and vision insurance are offered. If you are outgoing, enjoy working and helping people apply today!
What the day looks like for you:
Answer incoming calls
Make out bound calls to customers to introduce yourself as their Apex contact
Build Rapport
Answer questions
Offer products to help save money
Take orders
What we are looking for:
2 years minimum experience in working in a customer service role
Works well independently but have the ability to take direction
Excellent communication skills
Committed to customer satisfaction
Organized and time management is a key to success with this type of role
Ability to multitask
