Full Job Description Overview:
Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to join its Tampa, FL office. FNF is a leading provider of title insurance and transaction services to the real estate and mortgage industries. Duties:
This individual will be a part of a Corporate Information Systems group. Primary responsibilities will be focused on the team sharing daily administration of 900+ 10 Desktops, Windows 2008/2012/2016 servers. The system admin will gather requirements, start and manage projects, work with other corporate IT teams and business owners. Perform problem investigation and remediation to close support tickets. Execute system changes as required. Perform system, infrastructure, and application monitoring and scheduled tasks. Documentation of systems and processes. Consult with technical teams and business decision makers.
Requirements:
Must be able to travel and have dependable transportation within the state. Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs. You must be familiar with Windows domains, Active Directory, Microsoft System Center, SCCM, MDT, Autopilot and Citrix. Good troubleshooting, research, communication and documentation skills. Technical certifications preferred, but not required. MCP, MCSE, CCNA, and A+ certifications are a plus. Support will require knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop environments, Microsoft Office packages (Office 2013 and newer), Microsoft Cloud Services (Office 365 and Azure) and Microsoft Server environments (Windows 2008 Server and Windows Server 2012). Familiarity with PC, Server and laptop hardware, firmware, BIOS, RAID, troubleshooting and maintenance. Be able to also trouble shoot networking issues including TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP. Familiarity with COBIT 5 Framework desirable but not required.
Experience:
Knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure technologies. Understanding IT controls and implementation systems, infrastructure and process documentation. Understanding of SD-WAN, WAN, firewall, VPN and remote access issues. Knowledge of physical datacenter environments and familiarity with SAN environments a plus. Server configuration, implementation and support. Familiarity with disaster recovery procedures.
