Description
The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of prior receptionist experience. This opportunity requires intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel, strong attention to detail and will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Will respond to and process all incoming phone calls; set up conference calls and oversee conference room activity. You will greet and process all clients, vendors and other visitors. The receptionist will place orders for supplies, refreshments, books and service requests under the supervision of the Firm Administrator. Candidates will be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and various types of office equipment.
As the "face of the Firm" the receptionist must make an immediate positive impression to callers and visitors. They must have an impeccable and reliable attendance record and possess excellent grooming habits and proper attire. Excellent command of the English language and interpersonal skills are a must as is the ability to exude confidence and demonstrate a "can do" attitude.
The Firm offers excellent benefits and a competitive salary to the qualified applicants. Candidates with no prior receptionist experience need not apply. This is a fulltime, 40-hour per week position and demands a high level of energy and decorum.
