JOB TITLE Training Support Specialist
JOB SUMMARY
Working under general supervision, supports sales activities by covering cases, managing inventory at distributors and hospitals and managing ordering process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
• Attend surgical procedures and provide technical expertise to physicians in sterile operating room environment (ie. Case coverage)
• Works closely with customer service, distributors and hospitals to ensure seamless order management process.
• Manage inventory at distributors and hospitals to ensure product traceability, accurate replenishment orders and appropriate disposition of expired product.
• Audit inventory at distributor locations to verify consigned stocks and coordinate replenishment with customer service.
• Ensure POs are issued in a timely manner to smooth billing cycle
• Understand customer replenishment cycle and provide forecast for demand
• Responsible for conducting customer in-service training on appropriate technologies.
• Identify sales leads and enter them into sales management tool
• Act as LMS admin to coordinate distributor access to training and make learning assignments
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Associate degree in healthcare procedural technical degree with 2 years experience
Bachelor’s degree preferabley in Science or Clinical field with 1 year experience
Experience
Minimum 1 year experience. Prefer experience in clinical or sales environment.
Skills
• Ability to operate in a steril surgical environement
• Analytical capability to identify problems and work collaboartely to resolve issues
• Ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers, physicians, nurses, and other technical medical staff.
• Knowledge and use of relevant PC software applications and skills to use them effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
• A valid Driver’s License is required.
• Ability to qualify hospital credentialing processes
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Typical Office Environment requirements include: standing for an extensive reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, walking, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 60 pounds.
