Looking for that starter job at a great law firm? We are searching for IP Paralegal in Tampa, Florida! This position requires extreme attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently! This is a Permanent position at a leading national law firm.
Trademark and Commercial Paralegal Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare documentation for Patent and Trademark filings
• Assist with docketing tasks
• Manage patent and trademark prosecution files and case reporting/updating
• Oversee filing and maintenance of trademark applications and registrations
• Perform online research
• Complete special projects
• Prepare pleadings, draft case summaries, draft discovery responses and support the trial preparation process
• Investigate possible infringements
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of Patent or Trademark litigation experience
• Experience with Pattsy a plus
• Extensive experience in eDiscovery preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
