• 70% project related work- new customer turn-ups, build outs, Network Reconfigurations
• Up to 10% Travel
• Supporting Symphony Application- Video Conference Application
• Small team of three supporting Data Center and primary application
• Cisco 3580 Catalyst, Nexus 5/9k. Cisco ASR 1k, and Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco UCS
• OKTA
• BGP Routing
• No Load Balancers
• Mostly Linux OS Environment
• VPN Tunneling
• AWS- Just getting into AWS mostly S3 & EC2 instances
• Small ticket volume- Jira for ticketing system
