Scion Analytics is seeking a n experienced Office Manager to join our team. We desire qualified , optimistic team members that enjoy a fast-paced, high energy environment . To be successful in this role, you must have the required knowledge, experience , administrative aptitude , and a desire to grow wit hin the organization .
Duties and Responsibilities :
• Manages the operation of recurring company processes.  This includes; timesheet review and approval (internal and billable),   vacation tracking, sales commission tracking, CRM opportunity review, monthly credit card tracking, payroll reconciliation and budget reporting.  Office Manager must be able to influence others to assist in carrying out these processes.
• Manage the operation and support of the facility.  This includes; interactions with the landlord, vendor management, utility coordination, oversight of repairs, monitoring and acquisition of supplies and office presentation.  Oversee and approve changes in furniture, signage, decorations and work space assignment.
• Perform standard administrative assistant duties including; reception, calendar management, filing, paperwork, meeting minutes, event planning, staff onboarding and meeting agendas.
• Expertly learns the Scion Analytics’ platform; Devises ways to use the platform in an administrative or facilities environment.
Requirements:
• Associates degree in O ffice A dministration/ Computer Science or related field
• 3-5 years of administrative and clerical experience
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Clean Crime and Credit Reports
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Ability to maint ain confidentiality when working with P II (persona l identifiable information)
