Full Job Description BMI is looking for qualified skid steer / excavator operator. Must have previous experience in site development, concrete removal, and site pad installations. Applicant must be able to shoot grade and problem solve.
Responsibilities to include ordering dumpsters for site, ordering material to sites, scheduling, must be able to keep up with scheduling maintenance on equipment as required, keep truck and equipment clean, must be able to do a dirt and / or concrete fines pad as required by our standards. Must be able to till lots, remove concrete from sites, and stay with in budget given on materials.
Must show up to shop M-F in Dade City FL at specified start time. Truck, gas card, cell phone provided. Work done in multiple locations with in 2 to 2/12 travel time from Dade City FL

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
