RECRUITER I Professional Non-Clinical Hours: M-F 8-5 Days - Full-time Paygrade/Wages/Salary Info: OH 2013-73 - 40092C
Job Summary Coordinates activities for recruiting and selection from internal and external sources. # Job Responsibilities Researches and sources candidates to fill open requisitions using technology based search techniques and established external relationships. Screens potential candidates by conducting initial interviews, checking background/references, testing, and other approved measures. Extracts and compiles data for recruitment metrics and reporting. Enters candidate and new hire data into HR systems. Compiles information for new hire files. Demonstrates current knowledge of and compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment and hiring activities. Qualifications Bachelor#s degree or higher in Business Administration required upon hire OR Bachelor#s degree or higher in Human Resources required upon hire OR Bachelor#s degree or higher in Organizational Development required upon hire OR Bachelor#s degree or higher in related field required upon hire A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. No experience required No licensure/certification/registration required Skills and Attributes Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment. Works under direct supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Learning and beginning to apply specialized concepts, practices, and procedures in the area of specialization. Applies knowledge at a basic level relying heavily on senior staff for troubleshooting.
