Job Description:
SPATHE is looking for a qualified person to provide Tier 2 support to USSOCOM customer utilizing Hypori. Hyporiis a highly secure virtual smartphone solution that lets users perform business tasks on their mobile devices while leaving zero footprint and guaranteeing 100% separation of personal and corporate data. The Contractor shall, assist in management of Hypori deployment networks and support requirements. Additionally, the contractor will have experience with virtualization, cloud products, troubleshooting, and customer support. The contractor shall perform the following tasks:
• Dashboard monitoring
• Hypori management console maintenance
• Test Android Package Kit (APK) Request from customer
• Recreate customer issues from clients as requested
• Ticket triage
• User creations and password resets
• First level call and troubleshooting support
• Creation of flavors of templates for Hypori virtual device
• Own all tickets to resolution
• Allocate new devices after Hypori system upgrades
• Hypori user analytics and analysis
• Provide training as required
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant experience (Tier 2 helpdesk, virtualization, mobile device configuration/management)
• VMWare ESXi experience highly desired
