Full-Time Job Details Description The RDCS (Regional Digital Campaign Specialist) is the day to day contact for the sellers in the region. Their role is to help the Media Strategist with their account activity, teach, train and help them grow their digital revenue.  Help them create effective CNA’s.  Help them understand and communicate to clients their proposals.  In conjunction with the RDSM, (The Regional Digital Sales Manager) meet with clients to help the Media Strategists close business.  Create monthly recaps for each of the regions current running accounts.  Present the recaps to the MS and to the clients as needed.  Work with Salem’s partner vendors to ensure that all campaigns are optimized effectively in order to ensure the best possible chance for client renewals. The RDCS reports to the RDSM and is the first point of contact for the Media Strategists and will help them develop more revenue opportunities through coaching and training.  This position can be a remote position.  Key Responsibilities- First line of communication for all MS’s in their region for all digital questions, needs, support and help to grow their revenue Responsible for digital revenue development Be on key client calls to help the MS close more revenue In conjunction with the RDSM and MS create a key account strategy process to grow key account revenue Weekly one on one activity with each MS in the region. Coordinating this with the RDSM Provide monthly reporting on the state of each market to the market GSM and GM Provide market trainings monthly covering product, process and systems Use Wide Orbit, TapClicks, Idea Titan and other tools to help process necessary information Salem Media Group is an equal opportunity employer.    Qualifications
