Full-Time Job Details Description The Field Recruiter for Bonefish Grill will be responsible for identifying and hiring restaurant managers to lead operations at Bonefish.  This individual will play both strategic and consultative roles, partnering with their operators to define current and future workforce needs, including ongoing forecasting for attrition and changing market conditions. In this role, the Field Recruiter will perform full life-cycle recruiting and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers, while working closely with cross-functional team within HR.   This role will be based remote and is a full-time position.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES Responsible for leading the process to recruit salaried managers within the Bonefish Regions they support directly. Lead through influence by building effective partnerships with remote teams in the field. Drive continuous process improvement of the recruiting, interviewing and hiring process that results in a cost effective and candidate centric experience Partner with operations leaders and HR partners to understand succession plans for future internal movement and identify gaps to proactively source industry hires. Create a pipeline of talent to build bench strength within the organization Use innovative sourcing techniques to create diverse candidate slates, fostering relationships with diverse professional organizations. Utilize ATS (UKG/UltiPro) to manage candidate communication, track candidate activities, and report on metrics Keep informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in the industry  REQUIREMENTS At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting , with a strong preference for prior casual dining restaurant management recruiting experience.  Strong communication skills; coaching skills to continuously improve talent acquisition capabilities Articulate with a high level of business acumen; able to influence and engage with operational leaders in a polished and professional manner Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately Demonstrated ability to recruit on a multi-national, multi-location level and to support an innovative, fast-growth environment Exemplary time management skills to manage competing demands Attention to detail along with the ability to process information with high levels of accuracy Qualifications
