Full Job Description Day Spa Receptionist
Day Spa Receptionist
Requirements include but not limited to:
Basic computers and internet knowledge are required as well as professional telephone and communication skills. Basic math skills a must.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients.
- Managing client appointments.
- Checking guests in and out.
- Maintaining a clean environment and appearance.
- Promoting on-going and future specials.
- Managing gift card sales.
- Assisting spa manager with various tasks.
- Have a flexible schedule.
- Filing, payment processing, guest relations and light cleaning
Approximately 30 hrs/wk
Front desk experience preferred
