American Power & Gas is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Accounts Management.
As supplier of Gas & Electric services offer green solutions to both residential and commercial customers and have been leaders in Customer Choice programs across America.
We are one of the oldest and most reputable company of its kind and largest in the Tampa bay area with over 100,000 customers and a state of the art 30,000 square foot facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and organizing all activities in the area, ensuring requests/issues do not off the lines
• Handing Return Mail.
• Payroll preview handling and routing.
• Paysheet handling and routing.
• Stat grid maintenance for Director.
• Statistic graph maintenance.
• Handling of POs, office supply levels, etc.)
• Director scheduling, (meetings, etc)
• Meeting notes (keeping minutes and subsequent write ups of such)
• Divisional follow ups on orders issued by director.
• Research projects as assigned.
• Assisting with enrollments and unhandled account discrepancies.
• Filing
Skill Set:
Great duplication skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Incredible organizational skills.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to quickly learn new computer database software.
