JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for delivery of medical equipment and supplies to patient’s homes. Performs applicable home assessments, training, education and setting-up of DME equipment. Key duties / responsibilities / accountabilities Deliver and Instruct patient on use of durable medical equipment and oxygenResponds to emergency delivery calls as needed during regular business hours and on and on-call basis.Completes orders in a timely manner.Close out all orders in electronic Toughbook once delivery is complete.Complete, verify and/or fill out required paperwork (Missing Serial Number report/Driver’s Logs/Driver Inventory report).Provide ETAs to Dispatch/Call Center/Customer Service when requested.Complies with infection control policies and safety standards of the company, OSHA and FMCSA.Complies with warehouse and dispatch policies and procedures.Reviews patient handbook.Perform daily pre-vehicle inspection Non-essential duties Assist with monthly Inventory count.Relay patient complaints/issues to the Dispatch/Customer Service department.Attendance is consistently present and punctual, meets company standards.Is able to perform work accurately and efficiently under pressure.Collects co-pays as necessary.Other duties as assigned.Powered by JazzHR Employment Type: OTHER
