As we focus on our future, we are seeking: Billing Implementation Specialist Tampa, FL Headquarters Job Summary: The Implementation Specialist will be responsible forproviding training and implementation of the In Sync’s Practice Management (PM)and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software at health care practices. Thesepractices can range in size from small to enterprise level. The ImplementationSpecialist would also be responsible for customer satisfaction during theimplementation process. Required Functions :Implementingand training new clients on the PM/EMR software that require electronic and/orcustom billing. This includes discovery, setup, training and utilization of thesoftware in a client’s practice.  Meet allspecified deadlines for electronic billing set ups, billing distribution,providing billing samples, and assigned projectsIdentifying andresolve billing issues with prompt resolution.Maintainaccurate, up to date, properly stored account/implementations notes and recordspertaining to customer billing.Follow upwith customer after initial billing to confirm accuracy and customerexpectations have been metFacilitatecommunication of customers’ needs to software development team. Identify,document and address unique or recurring customer problems.Documentactivity and maintain account status in InSync Healthcare Solution’s CRM inaccordance with department guidelines and best practices.Conductregular (daily, weekly) status meetings with both customer and InSync-internalkey stakeholders, and keep all stakeholders informed of project progress.Create anyrequired supporting documents for the delivery of training at the client sitesuch as schedule and training tips specific to the customer.Maintaincompliance with all necessary departmental procedures, HIPAA regulations andother regulatory mandates as required.Any othersuch responsibilities as may be determined by the Manager of Implementation& Training. Requirements: Knowledge of medical billing and revenue cycle Bachelor’s degree or equivalentPrior PM\EMR Implementation software experience.
