Part-Time Job Details Description Bloomin’ Brands has an immediate need for two temporary Payment Support Analysts for a 3-4 month engagement. The duties of the role will consist of the individual conducting research among various sources to identify potential issues and solutions for customer payments to our restaurants. This position will be based remote. Hourly pay rate is $16.00/hour, and workweek will be Monday to Friday, normal business hours. Here is a summary of the work that the Payment Support Analyst will do: Receives, gathers, analyzes, and organizes information from multiple sources. Ensures completeness of received information and reconciles inconsistencies. Provides feedback and recommendations. Coordinates requests for additional information as needed. Selects relevant information from a variety of sources in order to prepare documents, reports, summaries, and replies to inquiries, ensuring accuracy and proper format of the information provided.
