Job Overview: The Senior Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.
Responsibilities:
• Understand the payment products and service offerings in detail, including the functionality and technology context, and respond to inquiries from  partner applications, ICRM and other stakeholders
• Having understand what the team must deliver, you will partner with engineering leads on the team to explore the tradeoffs of various solution options, align on solution architecture and break down the engineering work needed to deliver.
• You will have accountability to create believable and achievable plans based on engineering work and dependencies that generate confidence that that the team can deliver to committed dates.
• You will have accountability for making sure solutions/software built is compliant with agreed SDLC process artifacts and required artifacts are produced and tracked in a timely manner.
• Keep technical debt in check. Ensure teams are building using modern practices and tools. Recognize and act of your responsibility for driving change for the entire development community.
• Provide technical  support during SIT /UAT phase while Onboarding new Product Processors onto CitiScreening
• Collaborate with Business, Compliance subject matter experts to define future requirements for Transaction Screening
• Participate in release and iteration planning along with Product Senior leadership and  software engineering teams to deliver valuable capabilities in each release
• Participates in Technical Architecture assessments and recommendations for CitiScreening application to enhance Operational/System efficiencies and upgradations to be in-line with Citi standards
• Oversees the deliverables from Onsite and Offshore teams within the group and from various departments to ensure adherence to master plans and schedules.  This includes project coordination of ensuring the plans for achieving these goals runs smoothly and efficiently and projects are completed on time.
• Facilitate the identification of risks and issues which impact project delivery and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed by developing technical solutions to project problems.
• Recognize areas for internal improvement and develop plans for implementing them.
• Facilitate communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis.
Experience:
• 5+ years experience working with Ab Initio ETL and Data Management solutions including ability to understand the internal working of variety of Ab Initio components.
• In-depth knowledge of AML & Sanction Screening background.
• Must have experience creating highly efficient reusable frameworks and design patterns in Ab Initio. Must have experience with performance tuning techniques in Ab Initio
• Must have demonstrated knowledge across full suite of Ab Initio toolsets e.g. GDE, Express>It, Data Profiler and Conduct>It
• Must have practical experience with number of techniques involved in ETL and Data integration space including ability to Design highly efficient end-to-end large scale ETL solutions.
• Must have working experience on implementing micrographs on real time platform resource management
• Knowledge in data management functions including data governance, data design, master data management, metadata management, and data quality management.
• Must have experience with Oracle database
• Must have a very good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
• Must have technical implementation experience in Co>Relate search engine.
• Must have Very good knowledge and working experience to communicate with IBM MQ clustering and concepts
