Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a Area Director, MCO & ACO Development to join our team of professionals. We make a difference every day to patients and families coping with end of life illness in creating a center of excellence in hospice care.
Overview
Develops relationships with managed care organizations (MCO), accountable care organizations (ACO), population health organizations (PHO), and other regional healthcare organizations.  This position will also include providing support, training, and guidance to program Executive Directors, Directors of Business Development, and Hospice Care Consultants to further the development of relationships with aforementioned organizations on a local level.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Sales or other related field preferred.
• Previous experience in hospice, home health, healthcare sales required.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate an ability to work closely with a variety of people while effectively using problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate an ability to analyze and utilize relevant data measures.
• Demonstrate ability to develop and present new in-services.
• Demonstrate commitment to Seasons Hospice’s philosophy of care, values, mission statement, and organizational culture.
