Our company is powered by Main St and uses top of the industry knowledge and technology to grow the business. We take interior and exterior paint jobs that range in size and complexity. Jobs at Bebout That Paint are booked, scheduled, and managed by our team. All we need is you, to go out and complete the paint job.

Overview:
• We will provide an experienced “Residential Painter” the opportunity to run your own crew and do what you are already great at doing.
• We supply marketing/advertising; customer support and communication/coordination/scheduling; estimates and proposals; and the jobs.
• We pay you on a per-job basis using highly attractive and competitive pricing. You can positively influence your
compensation even higher based on your productivity.
• We are a Team oriented organization. We provide a support system that offers the opportunity to grow in productivity and crew leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare surfaces for painting
• Set up and clean up at the job sites
• Prime and paint surfaces with quality paint to ensure a uniform finish
• Maintain clean and organized work area
• Create and maintains positive communication with customers
• Understand and execute work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Inspect work for the highest quality
• Maintain strict attention to detail when working at customer’s property
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
• All equipment/supplies: brushes, drop cloths, vehicles, etc.
• 2-4 years of professional painting experience
• Painting skills and knowledge of painting tools and equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Quality conscious and detail-oriented
• Must have Insurance.
