Full Job Description Equivalent Experience
Description:
• Taking calls regarding Life Insurance Claims, Death Claims (collecting information from the caller, providing empathy, and updates on current policies, etc)
• Provides application and policy status, life claims status, services beneficiary maintenance and answers lower complex billing and policy questions
• Identifies form requirements, medical requirements, assists with new business/change of plan processes and policy maintenance
• Responsible for working primarily with agency partners and occasionally customers and 3rd party vendors by communicating outstanding requirement of documents or forms
• Identifies, researches, and responds to questions/issues related to life insurance policies
• Uses multiple applications to gather the necessary information and notify business partners regarding status, inquiries and claim reporting Pay: $16/hr Hours:
M-F 7:30-4, 11-7:30
