Full Job Description Comfortable working alone or with others, Self-starter, client billing experiences, Provide Client front office Care, Office duties, Computer skills is a must, Light office maintenance. Available to work Wed, Thurs & Friday afternoon.
Specific:
• Billing and claims experience a must, Knowledges of Insurance company Billing
• Fluency in Spanish/English is desired but will not stop hiring
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Computer skills Microsoft packages, Excel, Word etc.
• Ability to exercise initiative, sound judgment, and problem-solving techniques in the decision-making process.
• Demonstrates thoroughness in accomplishing a task through concern for all the areas involved, no matter how small (i.e. attention to detail).
• Must be pleasant, courteous, and helpful.
• Requires an understanding of and commitment to quality healthcare, HIPAA law (Will train), and excellent customer service.
• Demonstrates cultural and linguistic competence.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member.
• Ability to manage stress with multiple competing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and affect.
• Ability to find humor in day-to-day challenges while being focused on solutions.
• Ability to effectively use the organization’s computer systems.
