About the Role
The Talent Research Associate is responsible for partnering with the Executive Search and Interim Recruiting team members on conducting research, building sourcing strategies and pipelines to deliver top talent for all roles.
• Collaborate withSenior Director, Search Leaders and Senior Recruiters to understand search position requirements and build-out strategic sourcing plans on both the Executive Search side, as well as the Interim Recruiting division.
• Spearheadsearches and keepSearch Leaders and Senior Recruiters on track as far as outreach, search effectiveness, candidate feedback, and the overall market view of the roles.
• Conduct initial outreach into target organizations and specific industry sectors to assist in identifying top talent for clients.
• Strategically source and identify candidates through a variety of resources from internal applicant database (Bullhorn) to a multitude of online sourcing tools. (i.e LinkedIn Recruiter, FENG, CareerBuilder, TheLadders, etc.)
• Work with team to identify and prioritize search needs daily.
• Create a detailed spreadsheet for each executive search role, which should track the team's progress throughout the recruiting process and reflect accurate, up-to-date information.
Preferred Qualifications
• 2-3 years of experience in a market or candidate research function
• Previous experience in Executive Research, Resourcing, or a proven Recruitment Consultant who can demonstrate the ability to identify top talent.
• A track record of recruitment sourcing, innovation, and creativity.
• Inquisitive, with a strong desire to learn
• Highly articulate, strong communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset, can keep up with a fast paced recruiting culture
• Qualitative research skills, including the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and quickly learn new spaces
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 1 year of relevant experience
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
• Proficient use of applicable technology
• Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
