About the Company: Well-established non-profit facility in Tampa is seeking a Bilingual Donations Coordinator for their busy location. Type:  Contract to Hire Pay: $17.50  hr Job Description:  Facilitate incoming calls to the donations phone line. Call handling could include any number of requests such as requests for a duplicate or corrected acknowledgement letter, removal from the direct mail list, information on one of our programs, donors looking to give a credit card donation over the phone, etc. Provision of assistance to other Donation Coordinators responsible for gift processing including but not limited to: Copying of checks and acknowledgements for donations Folding, insertion and mailing of acknowledgement letters Filing of paperwork and proper handling of all files Any other duties necessary to aide and assist the team Requirements: One or more years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Administrative Coordinator required Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred  One or more years of experience as a Donor Coordinator preferred Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) required Knowledge of Blackbaud CRM and Classy preferred Familiarity with donor terms and donor department procedures preferred
