IN A NUTSHELL…
The Fertigation Manager will ensure all irrigation and nutrient feeding requirements are followed accordingly. Maintain fertigation equipment and keep inventory of all nutrients. Works closely with Senior Manager Cultivation in plant nutrition needs and takes direction in what to adjust for nutrient recipes.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Develop nutrient programs with the Senior Manager Cultivation to ensure strain specific needs are met.
• Makes nutrient adjustments following with what the Senior Manager Cultivation directs.
• Maintain strategy for crop irrigation and feeding schedules
• Work closely with grow team to ensure irrigation plan is properly implemented and
• maintained
• Maintain inventory of all chemicals and fertilizers on site
• Ensure fertilizer concentrate tanks are filled adequately
• Respond to system alarms and diagnose/troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
• Take measurements, record data and observations
• Write and execute Standard Operating Procedures related to fertigation
• Performs regular calibration of nutrient testing instruments
• Monitor coco moisture content of the crop, and obtain water samples for testing
• Able to work variable shifts to meet business requirements
• Working knowledge of advanced greenhouse systems:  computerized controls, irrigation, hydroponic growing systems.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common sense and resourcefulness.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, non-verbal, written), with the ability to build relationships at all levels, both internally and externally

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU’LL BRING
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• 1-2 Years Fertigation experience in a commercial cannabis grow facility.
• One to two years’ experience processing cannabis in a regulated facility (Preferred).
• Previous experience in a licensed cannabis production facility (Preferred).
• Some college or college degree (Preferred)
• Age 21 or over (Required)
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) some college or college degree (Preferred)
• Valid Government-Issued Photo ID (Required)
