SUMMARY
 Install, configure, and support organization's servers and network or a segment of network system. Monitor to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability. Monitor and test site performance to ensure sites operate correctly and without interruption. Assist in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Configure, install and maintain Windows servers
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot server, user and network issues
• Ensure the security, efficiency and reliability of the IT infrastructure
• Supports the IT Help Desk at level III
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
• General knowledge of IT infrastructure
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office365
• Proficient in administering Windows servers
• Proficient with AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, etc.
• Good working knowledge of Networking concepts
• Working knowledge of IT Security concepts
• Proficient in documenting tasks and procedures
• Knowledge of VMWare, software development, Veeam, Microsoft Azure preferred
• Previous monitoring center experience preferred
• Familiarity with best practice guidelines in ISO 27001 /NIST Cybersecurity Framework
• Experience maintaining/configuring Terminal Server environments
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associates degree and/or Certifications required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Five years previous experience preferred
