Job Description
The IT Nation Evolve Membership Enablement Manager, you will own all things related to membership in IT Nation Evolve, including group placement and meeting quality. You will work with the team to grow the organization, engage existing members, and maximize satisfaction and loyalty among members and vendor members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Complete activities and projects that maximize the value of IT Nation Evolve to members and others involved in the community.
• Assist with recruiting and selling as requested or able to add value.
• Own and lead the processes for assigning members to groups, onboarding (including the Jumpstart program), off boarding, group tracking, and reporting.
• Expand member knowledge of and participation in the Evolve program. Track outcomes.
• Maintain a current Evolve membership list for all Evolve programs as well as any other IT Nation Memberships
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that communication is timely, valuable, and effective and that there is an effective onboarding program for new members of The IT Nation
• Keep an “ear to the ground” and ensure a deep understanding of member’s thoughts and feelings about the value of Evolve and IT Nation.
• Develop, analyze and track data as it relates to membership trends.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by working with internal resources, reviewing professional publications, and establishing professional networks.
• Work closely with the leadership teams to ensure that products and services are meeting the needs of members.
• Listen closely to business owners, both in and outside of the community, and develop and understanding of forces of change that are impacting them. Ensure that the IT Nation has offerings to help owners deal with those changes successfully.
• Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
• Embody the company culture and your team in cultural growth.
Meetings Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the IT Nation Evolve Membership Enablement Manager and own specific portions of planning and execution for major events and meetings. (pre-event to onsite to post-event).
• Ensure that Meetings/Events are run in such a way to deliver maximum value to members.
• Direct members of the leadership team to meet with groups as needed to share vision and direction or to help with crucial conversations.
• Other duties as assigned that relate to the primary role

• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and to operate with changing priorities; delivers on multiple projects and events simultaneously
• Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully; work well in group problem solving situations
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; look for ways to improve and promote quality; apply feedback to improve performance; monitor own work to ensure quality
• Excellent follow through to see projects and tasks through completion
• Function collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, client orientated team
• Self-starter with the ability to perform independently with little or no supervision
• Proficiency, adaptability and capability to learn current business collaboration tools including MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM system) and company-specific programs
Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
• Bachelor’s degree desired, relevant work experience considered
• 5 years’ experience in start-up or small to mid-sized business
• 2+ years in a management role
