Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Call Center in Tampa, FL. This role will be dealing with password resets and other technical support issues. Hours for this position are 8:00am to 8:00pm, with the possibility of going temp to perm.
• Health Care experience
• Customer Service experience
• Password Reset experience
• Customer Service
• Trouble shooting IT issues
• Have worked with EHR helpdesk previously
• Must have experience dealing with extremely high call volume
