**Description** The Bilingual Production Professional 2 produces of a wide range of print projects for external and internal audiences. The Bilingual Production Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. **Responsibilities** The Bilingual Production Professional works with internal clients to process translation requests of pre-formatted communications. Partners with external translation vendors to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and are delivered to meet pre-determined deadlines. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures. **Required Qualifications** + Bilingual English/Spanish: ability to read, write, speak fluently without limitations or assistance + Proven project management skills + Excellent verbal communication skills + Excellent grammar skills in Spanish + Possess strong attention-to-details skills + Intermediate level experience with MS Word and Excel + Have the ability to meet deadlines with strong time management skills + Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences **Preferred Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree minor/major in Spanish + Previous experience as writer/editor/journalism in Spanish + 3 or more years of experience working as a proofreader + Experience partnering with/managing external vendors + Fluency in additional languages: Chinese, Korean, etc. **Additional Info** + Due to COVID-19, candidate will work from home until Humana offices reopen.Location: Louisville, KY + Hours M-F 8:30 to 5:00 **Scheduled Weekly Hours** 40 <>
