Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida provides outpatient counseling services to children and their families.  Based out of Orlando, FL and covering cases throughout Orange County, this position is responsible for travelling out into the community to collaborate with schools, communities, CBC's, and DCF for referrals who are in need of therapeutic services with an interactive approach.  It will conducts therapy sessions and participates in the development of the individualized master treatment plan, provides individual, family and group counseling, and completes required clinical documentation. The position also works within a multidisciplinary team to review the client's treatment, goals, progress and future needs.
This role works on an incentive pay model with base exempt salary of $35,568 plus accelerators for billable hours.  The minimum hours required each week is set at $3,900 each 2-week billing period.  Cases are provided by the leadership team.  Pay model will be discussed during interview process.

Qualifications
Education and Licensure:
• Master's degree in the field of counseling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education, or human services field required
• Two years' experience working directly with children and families.
Schedule:
• Must be able to complete a three day new hire orientation class (Monday - Wednesday); hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm each day
• Must be available to work on call and a Rotating Schedule
Other Requirements:
• Valid FL State Issued Driver's license
• Must be able to attend a 3 day orientation (Mondau-Wednesday from 9am-5pm)
• Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Screen, TB Test and Influenza Vaccine
• Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
