Position Overview
Invo Healthcare is currently seeking a dynamic leader to drive the growth and development of Applied Behavior Analysis and supporting therapy services (SLP, OT, etc.) throughout with the ultimate goal of making Invo the pre-eminent provider in quality and scale in the state.  Providing overarching clinical and operational leadership, this role will serve to develop the roadmap to expand our service in both centers and homes.  Our ideal candidate will have leadership experience, expertise in service delivery in both homes and centers, a keen understanding of state and industry specific requirements and regulations and a demonstrated ability to support growth through both patient and staff acquisition.  Key responsibilities will include:
• Develops and implements strategic growth plan, mapping out both multi- center-based launches and home-based services in key markets within the state.
• Serves as on-the-ground leader for region overseeing clinical operations, hiring, relevant support staff, operations, and relationships with key third-party stakeholders (i.e. payors, referral sources, industry organizations, universities, landlords, etc.)
• Manages P&L for the region and provides monthly updates relative to plan to Chief Clinical Officer, SVP, New Market Development and SVP, Corporate Development
• Provides analysis of weekly metrics and maintains pulse on the performance of the region, including financial outcomes, clinical quality and culture with updates going to the Chief Clinical Officer and SVP, New Market Development.
• Leads selection of real estate assets that support the growth plan and meet the company’s standards for centers; manages local contractors and vendors to ensure launch plans are met efficiently
• Leverages relationships with national and regional contacts including referral sources, professional organizations, payor representatives, as well as community leaders and members to help to elevate the awareness of the Company among key stakeholders
• Ensures compliance of all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements of payors and governing entities including the BACB; has a keen understanding of HIPAA laws, billing processes and procedures, payor requirements, documentation requirements and internal audits for quality control
• Supports the hiring and training of new staff members who carry out Invo’s mission, ensuring quality services to meet the needs of our patients; identifies and supports improvement for any underperforming team members through coaching and feedback
• Embodies the company mission, values, behaviors and expectations everyday through their work, both internally and with external stakeholders
• Ensures all ethical and safety standards are met at every center and with employees in the territory at all levels; directly addresses any areas where standards are not met and remediates the situation expeditiously
• Works with the Director of Client and Staff Engagement to support BCBA, BCaBA and RBT retention within the region
• Creates the conditions for excellence and drives the success of the children we serve and our employees; facilitates collaboration amongst clinical team and supporting departments to ensure effective services for our clients
• Leads communication, reporting and serves as liaison between corporate and field teams; uses standard communication across teams to effectively deliver messages; utilizes standardized internal tracking systems and templates, ensuring staff does the same
• Works collaboratively with leaders across the organization to ensure procedural and cultural alignment of region; models mutual respect, trust and accountability
• Exude flexibility and conformity when industry or organizational changes arise; Must be able to positively help others navigate changes
• Travels, as needed, to support staff and new region development
• Works in collaboration with the Director of Integration on any diligence and acquisition targets and supports the thorough and timely completion of any acquisitions.
Requirements for the Network Director Opportunity
• 4-5 Years of experience as a BCBA
• 2-3 Years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience working in, leading or opening a center-based services location
• Strong clinical talent as demonstrated by writing samples and work history
• A growth mindset with a keen understanding of how to develop and implement a growth strategy
• Ability to travel, as required
• Culture carrier, with experience developing and leading teams
• Strong written and oral communication
