DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking to hire an Install Coordinator in our Tampa, FL office! This individual will effectively coordinate and/or perform all aspects of the installation project to ensure processes and procedures are being followed and project is completed successfully. Act as the primary resource for job coordination from initial point of sale to completion.
Job Responsibilities:
• Review hardware schedule, floor plans, and construction schedule for projects
• Create a plan for installation and provide accurate labor and incidental pricing for submittals, and provide Management with regular updates of progress
• Create and distribute team schedules in order to keep open projects on schedule while keeping Management informed
• Recruit and/or assist in training of field installation crews, while working with Management to manage staffing levels.
• Serve as primary onsite installation contact and as a technical resource to Managers and shop-install staff
• Provide a high level of customer service to all associated with the project
• Ensure proper and consistent safety precautions are being followed
• Work with and maintain scheduling software and project communication software
• Maintain a central supply of field equipment and tools
• Other duties may be assigned
Job Requirements:
• Proven ability to implement process improvements
• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and a good mechanical and mathematical aptitude
• Some travel will be required
• Ability to effectively communicate with the customer and represent the company in a professional manner
