Full Job Description Colonial Assisted Living is Looking for some Med Techs to join our family!
Description
• Assist medical staff in the treatment of patients
• Monitor systems per medical staff directions
• Communicate patient needs and updates to medical personnel
• Conduct diagnostic tests on patients
• Maintain complete and detailed patient records
Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience in ALF environment or related fields
• 2-3 previous experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule and must be able to work all shifts
• High School diploma or GED
• Completion of training program for certification
• Successful completion of state certified medication aide/tech course
• Knowledge of procedures and techniques involved in administering basic first aid and resident care.
• CPR certification.
• Basic understanding of aseptic and sterile techniques.
• Must have upper body strength adequate to bend, lift, shift, move, and/or assist in moving articles of more than seventy-five pounds
