Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software.  Responds to tickets, isolates problems, and determines and implements solutions.  Serves as Windows Endpoint, MDM, and Office 365 administrator. Works closely with IT, Cloud, and Security teams to deliver company goals.

Essential Functions: In addition to working in accordance with appropriate conduct and behavioral standards, specific responsibilities of this role include:
·        Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
·        Configure, operate, patch, and manage Cisco switch and Palo Alto firewall infrastructure
·        Administer small number of Windows servers to include installation, configuration, and maintenance
·        Administer Hyper-V failover cluster
·        Expand automation for provisioning, application delivery, update management, and others
·        Manage Office 365 services
·        Set up new users and equipment
·        Terminate users and recover user equipment
·        Document procedures
·        Lift and move equipment as needed
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
·        Associates’ degree in MIS, IT, CIS, or similar field
·        Relevant, modern certifications in your specialty
·        3  years of experience as a Systems Administrator or Engineer working with Microsoft solutions
·        Strong understanding of Active Directory and security permissions
·        Highly opinionated and informed on remote endpoint management
·        Tech savvy with working knowledge of operating systems and office products
·        Working knowledge of Hyper-V
·        Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
·        Bachelor’s degree in MIS, IT, CIS, or similar field
·        Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and Office 365 certifications
·        Experience working in an environment with remote device management solutions in place, including a significant out-of-state or remote workforce

Working Environment:
• Works generally at a desk in a well-lighted, air-conditioned cubicle/office, with moderate noise levels.
