Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience in RPG/ iSeries programming.
Analyzes, designs, develops, and maintains iSeries applications software utilizing RPG, RPG ILE, RPG-FREE, and SQL languages.
Write programs based on specifications.
Code new RPG programs and modify or enhance existing RPG programs.
Troubleshoot and debug existing code and system to identify and resolve.
Tests code and fixes to ensure quality.
Perform maintenance on existing programs and makes enhancements to applications based on user requirements.
Implements newly created code and fixes into existing software.
Desired Skills and Experience:
IBM iSeries AS/400 experience.
RPG Free, RPG, RPGLE, CL, CLLE, SQL RPGLE, Aldon.
Use of embedded SQL.
Experience in coordinating activities between onsite and offshore team.
Experience in Healthcare domain knowledge is a plus.
