Full Job Description CALLING ALL RUFFERREEEEES!?
Are you looking for a FUN, out of the BOX, part time job? Do you have a LOVE for dogs and customer service? WE are LOOKING FOR YOU! Our level 3 RUFFERREE makes an hourly salary plus tips and bonuses based off of weekly SPAW services. They are in charge of managing a smooth shift and maintain balance and safety. They will have 2-4 employees working for them per day.
A typical day includes...
> Planning and delegating tasks for a smooth day with all tasks completed
> Working with Owner and communicating active updates
> Balancing the team and creating a team environment empowering your employees towards success
> Computer (software specific) daily tasks- Training available
> Playing with Dogs
> Leashing and tracking them out to their PAWRENTS
> Giving baths and nail trims ( Training available)
> Developing relationships with PAWRENTS
> Daily DOGTIVITIES and games
The compensation ranges from hourly- tips and bonuses
