Full Job Description POSITION SUMMARY:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of hospital and clinic business activities; providing guidance and feedback to the leadership team; producing ideas for promotional events or activities and organizing them.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the hospital’s activities.
2. Plan and execute marketing campaigns for hospital & clinic promotions.
3. Monitor progress and submit performance reports to CEO.
4. Responsible for producing valuable content for the hospital’s online presence, editorial design and organizing the hospital’s publications.
5. Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements.
6. Controls marketing budget and allocates resources amongst hospital & clinic marketing projects.
7. Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as the media, stakeholders, and potential clients and build strategic partnerships.
8. Thorough knowledge of web analytics; current with online marketing techniques and best practices
9. Patient-oriented approach to hospital marketing strategies.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
11. Experience in leading Communication Projects.
MINIMUM EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field is required
PREFERRED EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Three plus years experience in Marketing or Project Management
