Full Job Description Our growing agency is seeking qualified home health aids, CNAs, & caregivers to provide exceptional care to our clients throughout Hillsborough, Pasco, Polk & Pinellas Counties.
Currently, we have an immediate need for a caregiver in Plant City, FL. The client requires assistance with personal care & companion needs. The current requested hours per the client is Friday to Sunday 8am-8pm & PRN 8pm-8am. Yes, we are hiring for dayshift & overnight shift. Caregivers will have their own room in the client home for their time there. Enjoy a stress free work assignment with a talented client. This assignment, as most assignments with our agency, is a 1:1 ratio meaning 1 client to 1 caregiver. No more 15+ patient ratios as in the hospitals or nursing homes! You must have experience working with adults & bonus for working with physical & developmental delays.
We require all of our staff to have prior experience in the field.
You must also have:
• A clean level II background screen (within the last 5 years)
• A valid driver's license, vehicle registration, & insurance
• Reliable transportation
• A HS diploma or equivalent
• A positive attitude
• 1 year experience in homecare or healthcare
• The ability to pass a drug screen
• A smart phone or device
