Responsibilities and Qualifications
• Candidate would be responsible for overall development and marketing of all Chrysalis Health Programs and services
• Preferably have knowledge and experience working in the Behavioral Health/Mental Health field
• Must have excellent social and networking skills both within the community as well as other departments internally
• Must have great presentation skills to various types of groups serviced in the community
• Must be a “road warrior” as the position requires a great deal of travel within the County
• Must be willing to attend community events and meetings including weekends and evenings in the Tri-County area
• Must be well-organized and first-rate time management skills
• Performs administrative duties related to the Liaison role and to the agency in a timely manner
• Candidate must be proactive, self-motivated, and a self-starter
• Work schedule is flexible and candidate must know how to work autonomously
• Some evening and weekend hours are mandatory
• Candidate will be based in the Broward Administrative office and will attend department meetings and complete departmental tasks as assigned by the Director
• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Development or other related field with a minimum of 2 years business experience, preferably in a health care setting.
• Must have knowledge of available community schools/childcare centers
• Demonstrates comfort level when presenting in all settings small and large.
• Computer literate and proficiency to Internet, online applications and email.
• Liaison skills with community and Chrysalis Health.
• Bilingual a plus.
