Responsibilities :
Provides skilled Occupational Therapy services on an intermittent basis to clients in their homes under the direction from the Director of Nursing.
Requirements :
• Must be a graduate of an approved school giving a course of not less than two years for Occupational Therapy.
• Must be licensed by the State as an Occupational Therapist
• Must have a criminal background check
• Must have current CPR certification through American Heart association or Red Cross
