Position Summary
As a Licensed Counselor, you will work with patients diagnosed with substance use and/or co-occurring mental health disorders by fulfilling the following responsibilities:
• Conduct initial MAT/OP evaluations to ensure adequate treatment planning
• Complete individual and group counseling sessions with adult male and female patients
• Perform appropriate required patient documentation in accordance with regulatory and agency standards
• Participate in weekly patient treatment planning and case reviews
• Assist with Baker Acts as needed
This is a full-time opportunity, Monday-Friday, with early morning hours from 5:30am-2:00pm.
Qualifications
• Valid Florida LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure
• Master's degree in a Human Services field
• Experience within the Behavioral Health field
• Computer proficiency to include Microsoft suite and familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• (M)CAP certification preferred
