**Description** The Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) maintains, integrates and implements software applications within the organization. The Senior Site Reliability Engineer work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Additionally, the SRE will be providing support and guidance to our core application monitoring products/platforms, as well as driving enhancements/support and technical guidance to engineering teams. **Responsibilities** The Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) coordinates software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications. Ensures proper controls are established and maintained over test and production systems and software source code. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will assist with managing monitoring platforms (enhancements and operationally). Additionally, providing guidance/consultation and education around monitoring (and monitoring strategy for on-premise and cloud) to teams. The engineer would also participate in implementing monitoring, automation, and extended capability sets around operations, monitoring and more. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree + 4 or more years of technical or operational experience + Experience coordinating software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications + Experience with ensuring proper controls are established and maintained over test and production systems and software source code + Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with Cloud (Azure, GCP or AWS) + Experience with Automation (Terraform and Ansible) a plus + Experience with Application Performance Monitoring Products (such as Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics, etc.) a plus **Additional Information** **Scheduled Weekly Hours** 40 <>
