JOB SUMMARY:
This position is primarily responsible for code level product support of our JavaScript web components , .NET SDKs and RESTful APIs offered by Accusoft Corporation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Debugging customer integrations of Accusoft products
• Writing sample code for Accusoft products
• Interacting with Accusoft clients via email, phone and chatting services
• Contribute to department resources, knowledge base, and codebase
• A minimum of a half-day per week of involvement with product group development tasks; mentoring provided by a Sr. Software Engineer
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Computer Engineering degree or other technical field; 1-2 years of real industry experience in a software development role that involved working with external clients; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

COMPUTER SKILLS:
Required Technical Skill:
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in JavaScript
• Minimum of 2 years' experience using the Visual Studio Environment
• Knowledge of ASP.NET and related technologies
• Demonstrated detailed problem solving ability
• Knowledge of the Unix OS
• Proven ability to work closely with other Engineers in a team
Preferred Technical Skills:
• Experience in digital imaging technology
• Experience using imaging components
• Experience using RESTful web services
• Experience using Node.js
• Experience using modern browser developer tools
• Experience working with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform
• Prior work experience in a similar role
• Use of a source control revision control system
