Full Job Description POSITION SUMMARY
The Pit Stop Grill is in need of a Grill cook. Training on the job provided. The Grill Cook is responsible for ensuring we deliver amazing customer service and delicious food to our guests! Favorite Items on the menu include - hamburgers, hot dogs, grilled cheese, chicken nuggets!

SPECIFIC DUTIES
• Provide superior guest service by being enthusiastic, attentive, friendly and helpful.
• The grill cook’s primary task is preparing food on the grill.
• At shift end, ensuring proper cleaning of the grill. This involves scrubbing off remaining food and washing the general area. Cleanliness is of utmost importance in the kitchen.
• Greet all guests with a positive attitude and a well‐groomed appearance, a smile, recognition and a proper uniform and name tag.

EXPECTED RESULTS
• All guests are greeted immediately with friendly, helpful and professional guest service delivery.
• Demonstration of a positive attitude with guests, management, team members, and vendors.
• Prepare grill items to standard.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Hear and speak the English language fluently
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent customer services skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, lift and carry 25 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds regularly
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
• Long periods of standing (80%)
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb
• Requires the use of hands/fingers to handle or feel
