Job Summary Facilitates contracting with physicians and advance practice clinicians (APCs), the onboarding process of medical providers, and oversees the Physician Liaisons. # Job Responsibilities Collaborates with leadership to ensure leverage of resources and operational integration to onboard all OHMG providers. Facilitates the medical provider compensation analyses and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation. Completes Physician Needs Assessment of the service area, as needed. Coordinates information for physician candidates to be presented to the Board of Directors. Presents physician candidates for consideration to the Physician Transaction Group. Collaborates with in-house legal counsel to facilitate preparation of employment agreements. Facilitates immigration documentation and follow-up. Facilitates presentation of employment agreements to new candidates and existing providers. Assures agreements and amendments are prepared and processed timely and responds to questions. Informs leadership of issues and information regarding employee agreements. Maintains a collaborative relationship with peers and colleagues across the service area. Serves as representative of OHMG at community functions, educational seminars, and professional meetings. Prepares budget for Physician Relations and evaluates spending on an ongoing basis. Qualifications Bachelor#s degree or higher in Business Administration required upon hire OR Bachelor#s degree or higher in Communications required upon hire OR Bachelor#s degree or higher in Human Resources required upon hire OR Bachelor#s degree or higher in related field required upon hire A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. A minimum of 4 years# relevant experience required No licensure/certification/registration required Skills and Attributes Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment. Works under minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
