What you will do
The Area Service Support Specialist is responsible for implementing and executing the business support standardized processes that align with company policies and government compliance. This position will report to the Area Service Manager and support all administrative service staff in the Florida area.
How you will do it
• Assist with training service admin and monitor adherence to procedures, policies and business systems and identify areas of improvement.
• Evaluate workload and train all admin staff as needed.
• Provide scheduling support to Service Managers, supervisors, and service champs to meet MTTR goals.
• Monitor open call reports to identify issues and work with supervisors, admin, sales, and techs to resolve root cause issues.
• Optimizing schedule of day-to-day deployment of Service Technicians.
• Utilize planning board / Gantt to review and verify calls assigned in ACE and track day to day deployment of service techs.
• Procuring outside resources when needed.
• Provide billing support as needed to support TSM, supervisors, and service champs meet days on hold goals
• Monitor CNI, DNI, and on hold reports and track real time debrief to identify issues and work with supervisors, admin, sales, and techs to resolve.
• Work with sales and techs to ensure they know what paperwork is required prior to billing.
• Demonstrate the ability to assist resolving customer issues before escalation to supervisors.  Escalate repeat issues to NA, SRR, CCA, Supervisors, etc.
• Pull service backup as requested.
• Assist with contract maintenance with sales manager and sales reps to solve issues and correct errors found in contracts and contract entry.
What we look for
Required
• High School Diploma
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be detailed oriented and organized Proficient in MS Excel, and Word Must have the ability to maintain focus in a fast paced environment Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills
• Ability to interface with all levels of management
• Ability to prioritize work volumes with limited supervision
Preferred
• Experience working for large public company 2 year degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
